Function sheetInputPipe

An editInputPipe that recognizes values like Excel: a number in the format of the locale (also % and currency signs), a date (ISO or the short date of the locale), TRUE/FALSE (ignoring case) – otherwise text. Text that starts with = or '= (formulas, see the spreadsheet mode) stays unchanged; so does a leading ' (Excel: "keep this as text") minus the quote.
