Function applySpreadsheetPreset

The options a table uses with the preset tableOptions.spreadsheet: a copy with every part of SpreadsheetOptionsIf the options don't set themselves (editing, clipboard, undo, cellFormulas, fillHandle). The table resolves the preset itself; use this to see the result.
